A wonderful phyllo/cheese dish, classic among Serbs. Gibanitsa (pronounced GEE-ba-nee-tsa), or guzvara (GUZH-va-ra) You can also add some farmer cheese to your cheese mixture. It adds great flavor.

It’s pretty cheap and simple!
