A man named Michael Weinstein seems to think so. He is the president of an AIDS advocacy group known as The AIDS Healthcare Foundation. A group who has filed action with the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health. He claims companies including Vivid, Hustler Video, Maverick Entertainment, and other major players in the adult video industry are promoting unsafe working conditions to their employees.
